Background: Before moving to Arizona in late 2020, I worked for a global manufacturing company in the south suburbs of Chicago that provides network infrastructure and connectivity solutions to its customers. I spent 23 years there, almost all of which were in management. I enjoy leading teams, both large and small, to help grow businesses to be successful. I truly love the coaching aspect of being a leader. I was enticed by Natina because I discovered that since leaving the corporate world, I really enjoy the small business environment. I enjoy having daily contact with my entire team so we can all grow as one group to make Natina better tomorrow than it is today. It’s rewarding to utilize the skills I’ve learned over two-plus decades in a large manufacturing company to develop practices and processes that I know can make Natina more efficient and a better place for everyone. I have completed more than half of my bachelor’s degree in Business Management, but that has been put on hold as life got in the way with growing my career and family. Eventually I hope to complete this, even if just to say I did it!
