Our Patina Finish on Guardrail in Arkansas

Superior, Arizona’s history is one revolving around transformation. It has a rich past in copper mining, but is now home to a world-renowned botanical museum. More than 2,600 species of arid land plants from around the world grow at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum, which is the oldest botanical institution west of the Mississippi.

Much like Superior, Natina is also fond of transformation! We were tasked with the job of adding a natural finish to miles of guardrail. To match the earthy landscape of Arizona’s desert lands, we treated this roadway infrastructure so that it blends right in. The result is very natural-looking and also has a unique color variation that keeps it from being an eyesore in this beautiful place.

Natina is proud to have contributed to Superior’s ongoing transformation by adding our touch to the guardrail, and we hope you get to see our work next time you’re there. We definitely recommend taking a scenic drive through Superior! You may even want to stop by for the annual festival in honor of the prickly pear.
