Background: I graduated from Hamilton High School in 2005. After high school, I worked as an after-school counselor for nearly 10 years, and that's actually where I met my amazing wife. From there, I spent several years in retail before making the move into the construction and telecommunications industry, where I've been for the past eight years. Working with kids for so long is where I discovered my love for coaching. I started coaching at 18 while helping with my younger brother's teams, and I've never really stopped. Since then, I've had the opportunity to coach my oldest son in soccer and football, and for the past four years I've been coaching my second son in football. Watching kids learn, grow, and succeed as a team is something I truly enjoy. I'm a very team-oriented person and believe the best results come from people working together toward a common goal. That's one of the things that really stood out to me about Natina. Within the first few minutes of meeting Tandy and Ryan, I could feel the family atmosphere and strong team culture. It was clear this was a company where people genuinely care about each other, and I knew I wanted to be part of helping the company continue to grow.

Hobbies: Most of my free time is spending time with my wife (Kristen) and 3 boys (Gavin, Gray & Sawyer). I really love coaching and am currently coaching my 9 year old in tackle and flag football. I am a huge football fan. Go San Francisco 49ers!!!

Reactive Color Treatment on highway guardrail

For our project in the Shoshone National Forest, there is a significant color reaction between the Natina Concrete Solution and the shotcrete wall (along with soil-nailing). In just over 2 weeks, the color treatment progress was extremely successful in mitigating the brighter gray surface. In our opinion, it better blends into the slope than the adjacent monotone single color block retaining wall. Natina Solutions plus material costs and two USFS salary days was very cost-effective and saved us time and money.

Natina was exactly what we needed at the Phoenix Zoo. At our Visayan warty pig habitat, we were looking for a safe product for this species, plus one that would withstand the harsh climate in Arizona, as well as require little upkeep. Natina was approved by our zoo veterinarians for the enclosure and agreed upon by our operations team for the low maintenance factor. The brown finish blended in well for this exhibit and we are happy with the results.
